THT employees are held to the highest of  standards to ensure our

customer honest, ethical and quality service.  These standards have allowed

us to recruit a professional staff of drivers with an average of 15 years

experience.

            Upon being hired, all drivers, no matter how much experience, must go

through our intensive driver orientation training program, which includes such

subjects as Hazardous  Material Training, driver wellness, driver fatigue,

Smith System, safety, emergency response, spill containment, a review

of all of our customer internal and plant requirements, and S.H.E. programs.

            THT drivers also undergo ongoing safety and emergency  response

training.
